Targeted primarily at Gen Z students, the campaign rolled out on social media and digital channels, promoting a clear, calm message: moving out doesn’t have to be a headache. From clear communication around logistics to friendly visuals that eased anxiety, this campaign positioned Core as a brand that supports its residents—from move-in to move-out.
By aligning with Core’s larger mission to make leasing effortless, the "No Hassle" campaign helped close the resident experience on a high note, reinforcing trust and loyalty even as students transitioned out.

“UX Starts with U” is a concept-driven internal campaign designed to make the core principles of user experience feel accessible, engaging, and actionable across the organization.
Rooted in the foundational ideas of hospitality, the campaign draws parallels between thoughtful design and thoughtful service. Using a modernist visual language—clean geometry, bold color blocks, and modular layouts—it strikes a balance between playful and purposeful. The design system invites interaction while reinforcing clarity and consistency.
By demystifying UX and framing it as something everyone contributes to, “UX Starts with U” encourages cross-functional teams to think more intentionally about how every touchpoint shapes the resident experience.
